Fabrication & Manufacturing Equipment Hire
Fabricators often need temporary capacity for a contract, a replacement during repair or a specialist process that is not used every day.
Common reasons to hire
- Production demand without a capital purchase
- Aluminium or stainless pulse work
- Temporary replacement during breakdown or servicing
- Extra capacity for shutdowns and deadlines

Safety and competence
The hirer remains responsible for site risk assessment, competent operation, permits, ventilation or extraction, PPE, safe power and air supplies, daily checks and secure storage. SGL Hire provides machine information and handover support but does not replace the customer’s project-specific safe system of work.
