A 415V industrial pulse and double-pulse MIG system for demanding fabrication, aluminium work and higher-duty production welding. The separate four-roll feeder and water-cooled package support longer weld cycles and controlled wire delivery.

All rates are guide prices, exclude VAT and remain subject to availability, account status, machine configuration and a written quotation. Consumables, gas, fuel, damage, loss and missing accessories are charged separately where applicable.
Safety and operating responsibilities
- Use only by a competent operator following the supplied manual and site risk assessment.
- Confirm power, air, ventilation and access requirements before booking.
- The customer is responsible for providing competent operators, suitable PPE, ventilation or extraction, safe power and air supplies, and an appropriate work area.
- Inspect the machine and accessories before use and stop immediately if a fault, unusual noise, damaged lead or unsafe condition is found.
- Welding and cutting fumes must be controlled using suitable engineering controls and respiratory protection where required.

Delivery and collection
Collect free of charge from our Marden hire depot, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm, or arrange delivery across Kent, London and our wider South East service area. Heavy equipment, three-phase systems and engine-driven packages may require a van, forklift or agreed unloading arrangements.
A machine is not reserved until SGL Hire has confirmed availability, completed account or identification checks, issued a written quotation and received your acceptance.
