Tell us the welding process, material, wire or electrode, expected use and cylinder arrangement. We will confirm the correct gas, cylinder availability, regulator and price before delivery or collection.

BOC
Industrial cylinder gases available through Sultani Gas for professional welding, cutting and workshop requirements. Product and cylinder availability are confirmed at quotation.
Adam Gas
Selected Adam Gas cylinder supply and exchange support is available. Contact us with the cylinder type and gas required so compatibility and exchange arrangements can be confirmed.
Hobbyweld
Selected Hobbyweld cylinder supply and exchange support is available for suitable professional customers. Bring the correct return cylinder where an exchange is required.
Common gases for welding and cutting
Pure argon
Commonly used for TIG welding and suitable MIG applications involving aluminium and other non-ferrous materials.
Argon mixtures
Argon/CO₂ shielding mixtures for MIG/MAG welding, selected according to material, transfer mode, wire and required weld characteristics.
Carbon dioxide
Available for suitable MAG welding and other approved applications where pure CO₂ is the required process gas.
Oxygen and fuel gas
For suitable cutting, heating and brazing applications using compatible equipment, flashback protection and competent operators.
Helium and specialist gases
Specialist gases can be discussed for appropriate welding, fabrication or commercial applications, subject to availability.
Regulators and gas equipment
Ask for suitable regulators, hoses, flowmeters, flashback arrestors and related gas-control equipment.
Choosing the correct gas
The correct gas depends on the process, base material, thickness, wire or electrode, transfer mode and required finish. Using an unsuitable mixture can affect arc stability, penetration, spatter, oxidation and weld quality. Send the job details with your hire enquiry and we will help identify the appropriate supply.
Collection and delivery
- Collect from Unit 5 Underlyn Industrial Estate, Marden, Kent, TN12 9AT.
- Gas can be added to a qualifying equipment delivery where the cylinder and route are confirmed in advance.
- Cylinders must be secured upright during transport and handled in accordance with the supplier instructions.
- Exchange, rental, deposit and account conditions vary by gas brand and cylinder scheme.
