Equipment Collection Checklist

Arrive prepared so the handover can be completed safely and without delay.

Bring

• Booking confirmation or quotation reference
• Purchase order where required
• Current photo identification for the authorised collector
• Payment or deposit where required
• A suitable secure vehicle, restraints and weather protection
• Names of the equipment and accessories being collected

Check at handover

• Correct machine model and voltage
• All torches, leads, feeders, coolers, regulators, cases and manuals
• Visible condition and recorded existing marks
• Fuel or battery state
• Plug, socket and cable requirements
• Consumables supplied and what is chargeable
• Return date, extension method and emergency contact

Loading

Follow staff instructions. Heavy equipment may be loaded by forklift, but the customer remains responsible for providing a suitable vehicle, securing the load and complying with road and vehicle limits.
